From 01/01 to 31/03: € 70,00
From 01/04 to 31/05: € 72,00
From 01/06 to 30/06: € 75,00
From 01/07 to 14/09: € 80,00
From 15/09 to 30/09: € 75,00
From 01/10 to 31/12: € 70,00

Included in the rent price are all utilities, such as electricity, gas, water and heating..

For the final cleaning of the apartment, we will not require any additional costs.

It is one of the good manners to leave the apartment as you entered.

The apartment on the morning of the departure day must be leaved at 10:00 clock. The apartment is available after 12:00 clock.
